Registration

1.  What are the requirements to be the member of ChinaWind?
We welcome anyone to join us, provided they are:
- A legally registered company (can present a valid registration document when required);
- Information provided in the registration must be true and complete;
- One registration per company.

2.  Why did my Member ID fail to be accepted during the registration?
Please ensure that your Member ID is between 4-15 characters, combined with letter (a-z) or number (0-9).

3.  Why did my password fail to be accepted during the registration?
Your password must be between 6-15 characters, combined with letters (a-z), numbers (0-9) or hyphen (-). For security reason, we suggest you not to use Member ID or same character consecutively for password.

4.  Can I cancel my registration?
Of course you can. If you don't satisfy with our service or it didn't fit your need, we're welcome for your comment and feedback. To cancel your registration, please email us with your member ID and password. Once your identity has been verified, your account will be cancelled.

5.  What is the purpose of Email Verification?
Email verification is to validate your contact email. It is to ensure that you are able to receive inquiry from your customer.

Account Management

1.  What can I do if I've forgotten my Member ID?
You have to present a valid business document (such as a company letter with chop and business registration certificate) to prove your identity either by fax or email. We will send you the member information by email after your identity has been verified.

2.  Can I change my Member ID?
This is for
Biz Member only. If you want to change your Member ID after registration, please call or email us.

3.  Why I can't sign in?
There may be several reasons why you can't sign in, please check the following:
- You have entered an incorrect Member ID and/or Password. Please ensure you haven't leave a
SPACE before or after your Member ID and/or Password ; or 
- Your browser have not
enabling cookies; or 
- Your membership have been
terminated
If it can't help to solve your problem, please
contact us.

4.  How can I change my company information after registration?
Please click "Account Settings" on "My ChinaWind Home", and then click "Update Account Information". Don't forget to confirm the change by clicking "Save" button after update .

5.  Why did Chinawind terminate my membership?
Your membership termination can be caused by:
- Your company has registered more than one account; or
- Your company information is incomplete or untrue; or
- Your account has not being sign in over 90 days; or
- You have violated the terms of Service, such as published content is untrue, non-business or illegal, sending junk email, etc.

6.  Can I reactivate my account which has been terminated?
It will depend on reason of the termination. If it is caused by your account information is incomplete/insufficient, your account can be reactivate within the same day after we approved you resubmission. 

7.  What is Cookies?
A cookie is a small piece of information stored by your browser that helps us to identify you.

8.  How to enable cookies in my browser?
Please refer to the appropriate one below and follow the instruction to enable cookies in your browser:

Internet Explorer 6.0
Click "Tools", and then choose "Internet Options" 
Click "Privacy" tab, click "Default" button. Set the privacy level to "Medium" by moving the slider to enable the Cookies. If the default setting is "Custom", please click "Advanced" button to accept Cookies.

Internet Explorer 5.0
Click "Tools", and then choose "Internet Options" 
Click "Security" tab and then select "Internet"
Click "Custom Level" button and move down to Cookies.
Choose "Enable".

Internet Explorer 4.0
Click "View", and then choose "Internet Options"
Click the "Advanced" tab
Scroll to list to "Security" section
Click "Always accept cookies"

9.  What is the purpose of sign out?
Sign out function can protect your privacy especially if you're using shared or public computer. We highly recommend you to sign out after use to secure your information. 


Payment and Service Activation

1.  After my payment, when will the service be activated?
- If your payment is done through Bank Transfer, Postal Remittance, or Bank Remittance, please email us the payment slip (for details, please refer to the Servive Order Form ). Normally, the service will activate within the same day we received your payment copy.
- If you pay by PayPal, the service will activate immediately after the payment transaction is confirmed by the system. 

2.  Where can I check the service detail after activation?
You can check your service detail on "My ChinaWind Home" after sign in.

 

GBC conditions

1. What is GBC?

GBC  is general business conditions of international business, it is a duty btween buyer and seller.

 

2.What is the conditons for the buyer(you)?

The buyer should read the specification of the site, and please before place an order, kindly consider seriously,  once he places and order, he must pay within 7days, or he will get some problems with economy laws, jurisdiction. Such as if 7days past, he must pay 1-2% more of the order payment.

 

when the buyer place order, if he has special requirement, he shoud inform the seller in advance, so that the seller can ship the right products without any problem. Also the buyer must supply the correct delivery address.

 

 

3.What is the condition for the seller?

The seller must write correct information in the site to give the buyer right shopping dircetion. After he got the payment from the buyer, he must send the parcel within 3days. Of course if the buyer has other requirement and big quantity, both sides can negotiate to get a good solution. Or he must refund 1-2% of the order to the buyer.

After get the order, he must test the products seriouly accroding to the buyer’s requirement before shipping to ensure the quality of the products and meet the requirement of the buyer.

 

4. What is return policy?

After get the parcel, the buyer should keep everything well within one week, such as box, accessories and so on. If the buyer found the product has some problem within one week, he should give the prove to the seller, after the seller confirmed the problem is from the quality, not made by the action from the people, the seller should resend the new one to the buyer, but before that , the seller must send back the product with problem including box, accessories, and anything like what the buyer got from the seller, then after the seller get that products with problem, he will resend new one. The buyer will pay the shipping cost from the buyer to the seller, and others including the shipping cost of new products will be paid by the buyer. If the buyer can place a new order, the seller will pay the shipping cost of the replacement back to the buyer.

If the buyer broke the products and the buyer asks to send back to repair, he must pay the shipping cost of both ways. If the buyer can place a new order, the seller will pay 30% of the shipping cost of the replacement back to the buyer. But if the broken product need replace some accessories, such as LCD, earphone, styles pen and so on, he should pay for them.

 

Any question, the buyer and the seller should negotiate friendly to get the best solutions to ensure the profit of both side.
